The Scout Rover Moot is a special event held every four years for Scouts aged 18-25 (traditionally called Rovers). Up to 5,000 young people come together to experience the unique spirit of Scouting, make new friends, and develop new skills while learning how to be better global citizens.

It’s an opportunity for young adults to meet, improve their international understanding, and contribute to positive change in their communities.
